If you communicate with clients via your telephone system, your on-hold message can be just as important as your physical signage.

We can professionally record your on hold message from a basic answer machine to a multi-tiered PABX phone system.
The price for this service starts from $275 (+gst) for a script up 200 words, or one page of text, to be voiced, recorded and delivered in a format suitable to your phone system. We can also supply original royalty free music for $25 per 30 seconds.

Q How much does it cost to get my on hold message recorded? A Our basic package is $275 which includes reading up to 200 words, or one page of script.
Q Can I choose some on hold music too? A We can supply royalty-free music mixed in to the message at an extra cost of $25 per 30 seconds
Q Who will be the voice voice? A We have several professional voices to record your message, these voices regularly appear on radio and TV commercials. Specific voices from our agency are available at an extra fee (roughly $150, depending on the voice)
Q Are you able to get a celebrity to record my message? A Yes! This can be negotiated separately, as prices vary depending on choice.
Q Will this work with my phone system? A 99% of the time we have no problem sending you the correct format to install on your system. If you need extra assistance, we can either reccomend, or approach the company who supplied the system.
Q Is this a one-off charge? A Yes, but it is recommended to 'freshen' your message every 2 - 3 months, to incorporate and showcase new offers, services or staff. We will contact you after 3 months, to see if you are still happy with it.
Q Can you supply the script too? A Yes, we can write the script! The cost varies with the length and complexity of the job requirements.
